The Global Studies Academy offers six languages : Spanish, German, Japanese, Chinese, Latin, and French. Language clubs and NHS clubs are available for most languages.

What's new?
Effective for the 2015-2016 SY
All Academy busses will depart at dismissal rather than the delayed time of 3:15 for the 2015-2016 SY. Please read the communication linked above for more information.
DEADLINE: JULY 31, 2015
All Academy students for the 2015-2016 SY must submit the transportation services form no later than Friday, July 31, 2015 indicating whether or not bus transportation will be utilized to get to and from the Academy campus next year. Please see the link for more details.

Wondering what you can do in college for Global Studies? Use this document as your starting point! You may be surprised what is out there!
The Global Studies Academy is located in Clements High School in Sugar Land, Texas. The Academy was started in 2008 and had its first graduating class in 2012. Entrance is limited to students zoned within Fort Bend Independent School District and is highly competitive. Incoming students must complete a minimum of four consecutive language credits in addition to AP global studies courses, community service hours, and cultural events.
